Shipping policy

Domestic Orders

We offer free 2-day shipping on all US orders.  Overnight shipping is available for $50.00.  Standard shipping time is 7-10 business days.  Please allow extra time for all special orders and ring sizings.  If an items is not in stock a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date.  All domestic orders are shipped via Federal Express and insured against theft or loss while in transit.  All orders will require a signature on delivery.  While it is not possible to specify a precise time at which a delivery will take place, deliveries take place on Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays, usually within the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.   Orders can not be shipped to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  Tracking will be provided upon shipping.

International Orders

Cynthia Bach can ship internationally.  If you'd like to make a purchase outside the United States please contact us at contact@cynthiabach.com and we'll have a representative contact you to discuss shipping fees and delivery details.  Cynthia Bach is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or other fees associated with international orders.
